Manila, Philippines – Singlife Philippines and Cardinal Santos Medical Centre (CSMC) have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to build an integrated health ecosystem anchored on prevention and protection.
The agreement links Singlife’s digital insurance offering with CSMC’s clinical services. According to the two organisations, the arrangement will give Singlife policyholders a priority hospital experience in place of a typically stressful visit.
Singlife Philippines says it is using digital solutions and partner networks to move beyond traditional coverage. The insurer says the approach is aimed at simpler, more accessible experiences for policyholders.
Singlife Philippines CEO Allen Reyes said the partnership is intended to change what insurance delivers to customers. “We are committed to turning insurance from a backup plan for tomorrow into guaranteed world-class care today,” said Reyes.
“This partnership is about making healthcare feel effortless for our policyholders. By removing long queues and unnecessary delays, we ensure that when a Filipino covered by Singlife walks into Cardinal Santos Medical Centre, they get the priority access and quality care they deserve,” Reyes added.
On the hospital side, CSMC has operated for more than 50 years and describes itself as having moved beyond specialty treatment into wellness. It cites recent additions that include robotic-assisted surgical systems and a dedicated facility for advanced medical research.
CSMC’s leadership said the partnership connects those clinical developments with changing financial needs among patients.
“Cardinal Santos has always stayed at the forefront of medical advancement to better serve our patients. Partnering with Singlife Philippines allows us to bridge the gap between our clinical innovations and the evolving financial needs of the modern Filipino. It is a partnership rooted in a shared goal: to ensure that quality healthcare is never a burden, but a reliable and accessible service for all,” said Raul Pagdanganan, President and CEO of Cardinal Santos Medical Centre.
