Navi Mumbai, India – Hexaware Technologies has introduced Agentverse, an enterprise AI agent platform comprising more than 600 preconfigured agents aimed at supporting organisations in deploying agent-driven AI across operational and technological environments.
As businesses continue to assess generative and agent-based AI capabilities, many initiatives remain limited to pilot phases due to challenges in scaling implementation. The Agentverse platform is designed to address this by offering a structured environment that coordinates multiple AI agents across systems, workflows and communication channels, enabling progression from testing to full-scale deployment.
The platform connects with a range of enterprise applications, including customer relationship management systems, IT service management platforms, knowledge bases, data environments, telephony infrastructure and collaboration tools.
Through orchestration capabilities, the AI agents are able to access contextual information, interpret process documentation, automate interactions and carry out operational tasks within existing workflows. Governance features such as role-based permissions, audit logging, monitoring tools and policy controls are incorporated to support secure and compliant operation.
“Hexaware’s Agentverse is built for outcomes and scale. We standardise how agents connect to enterprise platforms, enforce policy, and prove value with clear KPIs, so customers can expand from one use case to many,” Siddharth Dhar, president & global head of artificial intelligence at Hexaware, stated.
Agentverse is intended for use across sectors such as customer experience, financial services, manufacturing, retail and enterprise operations. Its applications include handling customer queries, automating financial reconciliation and compliance processes, supporting demand planning and inventory control, and improving service delivery in IT, human resources and procurement functions.
“Agentverse™ is how we take autonomy into day-to-day operations. Clients can move beyond pilots to measurable results in cycle time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction,” R. Srikrishna, CEO & executive director at Hexaware, commented.
Agentverse forms part of Hexaware’s wider strategy to integrate AI across both IT and business operations. Within its technology-focused approach, the company applies AI across areas such as software engineering, testing, data platforms, SaaS environments, IT operations and application management.
In parallel, the company is advancing AI adoption across business functions, where agent-based models are applied to transform front-office, middle-office and back-office processes.
This is supported by an underlying framework that includes orchestration capabilities, reusable components, integration interfaces, governance mechanisms and monitoring tools, allowing organisations to deploy and expand AI initiatives across their operations in a controlled manner.
