Ladera Technology establishes Singapore regional HQ to support APAC AI, cloud adoption

Singapore – Ladera Technology has opened a new regional headquarters in Singapore as part of its expansion strategy across the APAC region, with a focus on supporting enterprise adoption of AI and cloud-native technologies in Southeast Asia. The move is intended to strengthen the company’s regional presence and enhance its ability to serve organisations undergoing large-scale digital modernisation.

The Singapore office will function as a regional centre for expertise in generative AI and data engineering, supporting enterprises seeking to modernise legacy platforms and implement intelligent automation. This development follows the company’s earlier expansion into Bengaluru in 2025 and aligns with its longer-term plans to increase its global workforce to more than 1,000 employees under its Vision 2026 roadmap.

Operations at the Singapore location will concentrate on integrating AI capabilities within enterprise software environments, including SAP platforms, to improve automation and decision-making across complex business processes.

“Singapore is at the heart of the world’s AI revolution, offering a sophisticated ecosystem of talent and innovation,” B K Rajkumar, global managing director of Ladera Technology, stated.

“We aren’t just opening an office; we are launching a launchpad for the next generation of AI-driven digital transformation that is scalable, secure, and sustainable.”

Additionally, the Singapore hub will support AI-enabled transformation programmes designed to align technology investment with organisational objectives, governance requirements and sustainable growth. In addition, the office will assist multinational companies in setting up and scaling global capability centres in Singapore and other regional markets.

The expansion comes amid increased demand for data and AI services across APAC, where organisations are accelerating investment in advanced analytics, automation and cloud infrastructure. Ladera Technology reported strong year-on-year growth in its data and AI operations, reflecting broader regional trends in enterprise technology adoption.

The Singapore headquarters is expected to generate new roles in areas such as AI research, data science and cloud architecture. The company plans to work with local technology partners and public-sector initiatives to support skills development and contribute to the region’s technology talent ecosystem, while using Singapore as a base to support clients across the region.
